About GYTS Fiber Optic Cable
GYTS fiber optic cable is an armored outdoor cable designed for duct applications in telecommunications. This versatile cable is suitable for duct, aerial, and direct burial installations, providing reliable performance in various outdoor environments.
- Outdoor cable (GY) with stranded loose tubes (T) and corrugated steel tape armoring (S)
- Steel tape provides enhanced protection against mechanical stress, moisture, and rodents
- Metal strengthening member with loose tube stranded and filled construction
- Steel-polyethylene bonded sheath for outdoor communication applications
- Single-mode/multimode fibers positioned in water-blocking filled loose tubes
- Tubes and fillers stranded around strength member with PSP protection
